Delivery and Return Terms

Each product you purchase is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The customer must apply with the invoice, all parts of the product, and the warranty certificate (if any). Returns must be made in the original box or packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns cannot be made for products that have been customized with modifications or additions. Single-use products, products with damaged original box/packaging, products that have lost their resalable condition, or products that cannot be sold to another customer are not eligible for return.

Technical Inspection and User Fault

If, as a result of a technical service inspection, it is determined that there is no user fault (misuse), the product may be accepted for return upon the customer’s request. For electronic products, if the product has been used, a service report is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery

In the event of an incorrect color/model shipment or delivery of a damaged product, the customer must send the items back unused, unopened, and complete with all parts. Packages that are believed to be damaged during shipment must be opened and checked in front of the courier. Once a damaged product is accepted by the customer, the courier company’s liability ends.

Return Period and Conditions

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. For a return process, a “Return and Shipment Form” including the product invoice and order number is required. If the returned product is found eligible, the product price is refunded. If damage, deformation, breakage, or use is detected on the product or packaging, the return is not accepted.

Refund Amounts and Timelines

If the customer returns a product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price is refunded within 10 business days after the product reaches the company. Credit card refunds may take 2–6 weeks to appear in the account depending on the bank. Wire-transfer refunds are processed within 2 business days, and credit card refunds within 3 business days. In installment purchases, the refund amount is reflected on the card by the bank as monthly “positive balance” adjustments.

Order Cancellation

For orders placed by phone, if payment has been made but the product has not yet been handed over to the courier, the cancellation request is processed immediately. For products already in the shipping process, cancellation can only be made via return. A return is possible without accepting delivery from the courier; only the shipping fee is deducted.

Custom Order Products

There is no right of return for products custom-made upon the buyer’s request or prepared according to personal preferences such as size or color. Returns are possible in cases of manufacturing defects or missing items. Such orders must be confirmed in writing. Even for phone orders, a confirmation e-mail or fax should be requested.

Warranty and Service

For products under warranty, service addresses are sent together with the product along with the warranty documents. For malfunctions in electronic products, the customer should contact authorized services.

Damaged Product Notification

If there is damage on product boxes, a report must be issued by the courier, and the products must be checked one by one before acceptance. Damaged products should not be accepted, and the report should state whether a replacement is requested.
