Ballıçubuk (“Company”) has prepared this information notice in order to inform our visitors, online visitors, customers, potential customers, supplier employees, and supplier representatives about the processing, storage, and transfer of their personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and the relevant legislation.

The identity information of our visitors (name, surname, Turkish ID number, place and date of birth, etc.) is processed for the purpose of creating and tracking visitor records.

The transaction security information (IP address), marketing information (shopping history, cookie records), and identity/contact information shared by our online visitors who use our website are processed for the purposes of conducting activities in compliance with legislation, managing information security processes, handling complaints, and carrying out communication activities.

The identity, contact, financial, legal transaction, customer transaction, and marketing information of our individual or corporate customers are processed within the scope of sales, support, invoicing, marketing analyses, contract processes, fulfillment of legal obligations, and communication activities.

The identity, contact, customer transaction, and marketing information of our potential customers are processed for the purposes of conducting sales and contract processes and performing campaign, promotion, and analysis activities.

Our Solution Partners

The identity, contact, financial, legal transaction, and marketing information of our solution partners and their representatives are processed for the management of finance, accounting, logistics, auditing, legal compliance, campaign, and communication processes.

Supplier Employees and Representatives

The identity, contact, professional experience, financial, and customer transaction information of supplier employees and representatives are processed for the purposes of managing communication, supply chain, occupational safety, finance, legal, and contract processes.

Collection and Storage of Personal Data

Personal data is collected through physical means such as order forms, contracts, and visitor forms, or through information systems, electronic devices, our website, and third-party sources by automated or non-automated methods. Data is stored for the periods specified in relevant legislation or as long as a legitimate interest continues; at the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds

Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK on the legal grounds of being expressly stipulated by law, being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligations, being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and legitimate interest.

Transfer and Sharing

Your personal data may be transferred, due to legal requirements or for the performance of services, to authorized public institutions, group companies, solution partners, cargo companies, suppliers, banks, financial advisors, law offices, and judicial authorities.

Right to Rectification: You may request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data.
