Ballıçubuk (“Company”) may request or obtain certain personal information from you during the course of commercial and consumer transactions (purchase and sale agreements, invoicing, product delivery, product returns, submission of complaints and requests, and all other related processes) in order to provide better service, improve communication with you, and understand your needs and interests. Within this scope, your personal information is collected and used with your information and consent, and may be transferred to third parties or institutions when necessary.

Identity information (name, surname, gender, age), contact information (address, phone, e-mail), financial information (invoice, credit card, bank details), education information, photographs, and sensitive personal data recorded in printed or electronic form during the conduct of business are considered personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

As a Company, we use all such personal data for purposes including fulfilling obligations within the scope of commercial relationships or consumer contracts, protecting consumer rights, establishing distance sales contracts, delivery, returns, evaluating requests and complaints, maintaining customer communication, performing invoicing and payment transactions, making tax and legal notifications, and sharing information with cargo/shipping companies.

Your personal data may be shared—while ensuring data security—with our business partners, group companies, affiliates, partners, manufacturers and suppliers, as well as cargo and transportation companies. All data is processed lawfully, accurately, up to date, for specific and legitimate purposes, in a limited and proportionate manner, and used only in line with the stated purposes.

Your personal data will be stored only for the purposes stated in this statement and consent form and/or for additional purposes that may be included in future disclosures within the scope of your consent, for the period permitted by applicable legislation.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is processed, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, to request deletion or anonymization of data, and to benefit from all other rights under KVKK.
