1. Subject
The subject of this Pre-Information Form is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The BUYER acknowledges that by approving this form and confirming the order, they are obliged to pay the price and any additional charges such as shipping and taxes, if any.

3. Product(s) Subject to the Contract
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of items, and sales price including all taxes are specified on the order page. The shipping fee, if any, shall be paid by the BUYER. The announced prices remain valid until they are updated.
4. General Provisions
The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and confirmed electronically the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product, sales price, payment, and delivery details. The product shall be delivered to the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days. If the delivery period is extended, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
If the SELLER cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER. The BUYER has the right to cancel, change, or postpone. In case of cancellation, the payment shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.
5. Invoice Information
The invoice is delivered to the invoice address specified by the BUYER during order delivery. The BUYER must enter their name, surname, address, phone, and e-mail information into the system during the order process.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal notification must be made via registered mail, fax, or e-mail. The product must be returned complete and undamaged, with its box, packaging, and all accessories. The SELLER refunds the price within 10 days from receipt of the notification and collects the product within 20 days.
7. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
Customized products, perishable food products, hygienic products with opened packaging, digital content, periodicals, and contracts where service performance has started are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. Returns of food products are possible only if the packaging is unopened and the product is not spoiled.
8. Dispute Resolution
The BUYER may apply to Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts depending on the monetary limits regarding complaints and objections. The competent authority is the Consumer Court at the BUYER’s place of residence or where the transaction was carried out.
