The carobs used as the raw material for our molasses are harvested from carefully selected trees grown in the fertile soils of the Mediterranean—especially in Alanya and the surrounding villages. The region’s sunshine, soil, and sea breeze give carob its distinctive aroma, resulting in a thick molasses that stands out for its natural character as much as for its nourishing quality.
