Carob Kibble Drink Recipe

Carob Kibble Drink Recipe

Carob Kibble Drink Recipe

If you are looking for a refreshing, light and naturally flavored drink, this Carob Kibble Drink is a delicious choice. Carob pieces are soaked overnight in almond milk, allowing their warm, naturally sweet and slightly caramel-like aroma to infuse the milk. This recipe is simple, cooling and satisfying. Chia seeds give the drink a slightly thicker texture, making it feel like both a refreshing beverage and a light dessert. Vanilla and cinnamon complete the flavor with a soft and aromatic finish. Prepared with BallıÇubuk carob pieces, this drink is a different alternative to classic cold drinks. You can make it with almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk or any milk of your choice.

Ingredients for Carob Kibble Drink

Serves 1*

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup BallıÇubuk carob kibbles or coarsely broken carob pieces
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
A pinch of cinnamon for topping
Optional: 1-2 ice cubes

Preparation

Place the carob kibbles in a jar or a container with a lid.

Add the almond milk and vanilla extract.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. During this time, the carob flavor will infuse into the milk naturally.

The next day, strain the carob-infused milk into a glass or jar.

Add the chia seeds and stir well.

Place the mixture back in the refrigerator until the chia seeds soften and the drink becomes slightly thicker.

Before serving, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a colder drink.

Recipe Notes

This recipe contains no refined sugar. Carob gives the drink a naturally sweet and warm flavor.

For a thicker texture, you can add a little more chia seeds.

For a lighter drink, you can prepare it without chia seeds.

You can use oat milk, coconut milk or regular milk instead of almond milk.

For a deeper carob flavor, dust the top with a little carob powder before serving.

The softened carob pieces left after straining can be eaten as a snack or added to yogurt.

You can also add a small amount of cold coffee for a different flavor.
