Fruits and Greens Carob Smoothie Recipe

If you are looking for a light, refreshing and naturally flavored drink, this Fruits and Greens Carob Smoothie is a delicious choice. Mango, pineapple, apple and pear come together with baby spinach and kale to create a balanced smoothie with both fruity freshness and green goodness. The best part of this recipe is that it does not need refined sugar. The fruits provide natural sweetness, while BallıÇubuk carob powder adds a smooth, aromatic and slightly cocoa-like flavor. The result is a different kind of smoothie that is fruity, green and naturally enriched with carob. Prepared with almond milk, this smoothie is ideal for breakfast, snack time or as a refreshing drink during the day. For a thicker texture, you can use frozen fruits and turn it into a smoothie bowl.

Ingredients for Fruits and Greens Carob Smoothie

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup mango
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 cup Asian pear or regular pear

Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Recipe Notes

This recipe contains no refined sugar. Its sweetness comes naturally from the fruits and carob powder.

For a colder and thicker texture, freeze the mango, pineapple or apple beforehand.

To prepare it as a smoothie bowl, reduce the amount of almond milk for a thicker consistency.

If the taste of kale feels too strong, use less kale or prepare the recipe only with baby spinach.

You can use oat milk, coconut milk or regular milk instead of almond milk.

For a more nourishing drink, add chia seeds, flax seeds or a spoonful of yogurt.

Before serving, you can top it with carob powder, shredded coconut or chopped fruit.
